2. Secondary Producer Exemption & Custodian of Records
FAPX.net is a search engine and content aggregator, not a primary producer of visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Pursuant to 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), records required under federal law are maintained by the primary producers, licensed studio distributors, or third-party content platforms identified on or associated with each visual depiction.
3. Maintenance of Records
The primary producers responsible for maintaining records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 can be identified through the original video source attribution displayed on each video detail page or via the respective content owner website.
4. Restricted to Adults (RTA) Labeling
